While MedLink Career Hub primarily staff RN’s, LPN’s, GNA’s, and CNA’s, we also staff other allied healthcare professionals such as PT’s, OT’s, SLP’s, ST’s, and CSP’s.

Job seekers do not have to pay any fees to MedLink Career Hub throughout the entire process.

After submitting your resume/application form, the Account Manager will evaluate your qualifications, skills, and experiences to determine your suitability for the job roleExpect an email or call for a scheduled interview and may request you to complete a skills checklist or provide additional information.   

Your start date can be determined once all pre-employment credentialing and screening procedures have been completed. It’s best to communicate directly with your Account Manager for an accurate timeline. 

Background Check, Drug Screen, License/Certification/Education Verification, Reference Checking, Health Screening, Skills, and Competency Assessment. 

To maintain active status with MedLink Career Hub for PRN or Per Diem assignments, you must work at least one 8-hour shift within 30 days. You may opt to accept or decline a shift; we offer you convenience by having complete control over your shift. You may also modify your availability at any time. We only request that you let your Account Manager know 24 hours in advance if you will not be able to make it for your scheduled shift for us to find a replacement for you.

Our payroll cycle runs weekly from Saturday – Friday. You will turn in your timesheet for the week to include the exact time, date, and hours you worked and have a Facility Supervisor sign it for approval. Each week, we process payroll for all timesheets submitted via email for the week prior. Timesheets are due each Monday by noon EST.
